Please also refer to our Mailinglists. An overview is avaliable here. The archives may contain previously handled themes and problems.

Send your question or problem definition simply by email to our Developers. Please note that free support does not include guaranteed response times of reply.

You don't like to go in the case of problem into mailing lists or forums on the 'hunt'? No matter, whether a unique support incident or long-term support achievements are desired, we provide you the optimal package. Please ask us for a custom solution.
